I am currently building Linear, an algorithm-driven active micro-learning platform for workplaces. In the past, I have been in leadership positions at big tech companies like Amazon and Uber.

At Amazon India,

as a Product Leader, I built and led the product management team for retail business systems. I built and shipped a 3 year roadmap to transition India retail from 100% human decision-making to >95% machine driven decisions, helping scale the business 4x.

At Uber India,

as a General Manager, I helped build Uber’s business from ground up in the city of Chennai (Tamil Nadu, India). Leading a team of over 25 people, I scaled Uber’s business in the city by 15X in less than 2 years. I also owned and managed the government relations, public policy, media and public relations for Uber in the city.

I am a Computer Science Engineer and have an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. Away from work, I am an avid reader, trying to read at least 40 books a year. I have traveled backpacking style to 35 countries in the last 15 years. Over the last few years, I have been trying to be a dedicated runner (full mararthon PR – 3:48:21 & half marathon PR – 1:47:35), training in hot and humid conditions for that next race…
